The master boasts a sumptuous king-size bed with views over the front lawn and moorland beyond, while the second bedroom is a cheerful twin – ideal for children or friends sharing. Both rooms include ample storage, ensuring you feel right at home during your stay.

Upstairs, you’ll also find the spacious family bathroom, complete with a freestanding bath, separate shower, basin, WC and a heated towel rail – perfect for unwinding after a day exploring. A hairdryer is provided for added convenience.

Downstairs, the open-plan living space is a welcoming hub to gather, cook and relax. Curl up beside the wood burner with a good book or stream your favourite shows via the Smart TV, complete with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. There’s also a DVD player, board games and books, plus speedy Wi-Fi to keep everyone connected.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for laid-back family cooking, including a Zanussi oven and hob, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and a family-size fridge/freezer. A washing machine is also on hand for longer stays. The dining area comfortably seats four, and with a Bluetooth Echo Dot, you can set the tone with your favourite playlist while you dine or unwind.

Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and shared fire pit, and while the garden isn’t enclosed, it’s a lovely space for a breath of fresh air.
