Set across three levels, the top floor is home to the open-plan living space – a calm, beautifully curated sanctuary with vaulted ceilings, chic décor, and bi-fold windows that frame the ever-changing seascape. On cooler evenings, the Cocoon bio-fuel burner adds a cosy glow, while the plush teal velvet sofas and warm wooden floors set a relaxed tone. Entertainment is covered with a Smart TV, streaming apps, board games and books, and there's even a cable if you’d like to bring a games console. A Bluetooth speaker is also provided for those soundtrack-your-holiday moments.

The sleek kitchen features grey cabinetry, Quartz worktops, and high-end SMEG appliances – perfect for prepping local Cornish produce. Underfloor heating runs throughout the property, and a large oak dining table invites lazy brunches and sociable suppers.
